Walthamstow Central station is about 10 minutes' walk away (Victoria Line or Weaver Line Overground from Liverpool St). Lots of buses come to Walthamstow too.
Dates and times
Private View: Friday 24th April, 6-8pm. Please reserve your free space using the booking link below.
Daytime opening: Fri 24th April 12-4pm; Sat 25th & Sun 26th 12-5pm.
Artists' event: on Sun 26th from 1-5pm the artists will all be present for relaxed garage related creative activities during which visitors can interact with artworks (if they choose to!).

'Energy Yes Quality No' features work produced, and curated, by Dominique Golden, Helen Maurer and Kate Squires.
The show is the result of a series of workshops conducted by the artists over the last eight months; they tell us:
"The artists have responded to the space as a previous site of a garage and the way people hold garage paraphernalia as well as vehicles. Using fixtures and fittings and juxtaposition of objects, they inject different meanings into everyday materials. They consider the garage as a space of work and mending, where random boxes of things are stored, and approach the show as an opportunity to continue making and tinkering.
The resulting work is an exploration of the line. The line as a length of ribbon, the line as a journey, the line as an ongoing work in progress. The artists will exhibit ribbon sculptures, object d'art and films generated via the workshops which facilitated the artists growth/and in response to the Garage Gallery space."
